Refund policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging unopened.

All returns are subject to a $5 handling fee to process your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All custom bracelets are final sale.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be issued a store credit minus a $5 handling fee.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days minus our cost to ship the package to you. If you received free shipping, we will deduct the cost we incurred shipping your package which ranges from minimum $10 to approx. $14 depending on how far you are from our warehouse in PA.

All beaded bracelets are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund nor exchange for credit.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are not valid on previous orders. We cannot apply new discount codes to orders that have already been placed.

Using a discount code renders your order final sale.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1310 Meeting St Rd Unit 422, Charleston SC 29405.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. A standard $5 fee for handling will be deducted.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Purchased an item that is no longer is stock? 

We cannot refund orders for products that are not in stock. After you order, if the product is not in stock we will notify you of the time delay and you will have an option to receive store credit if you do not want to wait for the product to be delivered. Store credit also applies to fees incurred for your order, eg Shipping + Handling.
